Troisième partie de notre série d’articles sur les Spitfire en état de vol en 2022: cette fois, nous nous attardons sur les Spitfire biplaces.

Ces dernières années, le nombre de Spitfire biplaces en état de vol a graduellement évolué, notamment en partie grâce aux vols de découvertes qu’il est possible d’effectuer au Royaume-Uni.

Sur les 70 Spitfire en état de vol, on compte à ce jour onze biplaces (dont 10 au Royaume-Uni).  Pas moins de sept autres projets de Spitfire biplace existent à l’heure actuelle.
