Le Battle of Britain Memorial Flight (BBMF) a publié hier une photo du Spitfire Mk II P7350 dans ses nouvelles couleurs. Ce dernier se trouve actuellement à Biggin Hill chez Biggin Hill Heritage Hangar.

Le P7350 porte désormais les couleurs du Spitfire Mk I R6981 codé ‘KM-B’ avec le logo “KIWI III” qui était l’avion de l’as néo-zélandais Al Deere en 1940 au Squadron 54.

Le BBMF, l’unité commémorative de la Royal Air Force est basée à RAF Coningsby au Royaume-Uni et fait voler cinq autres Spitfire, deux Hurricane, un Lancaster et un Dakota.
